i think that is kinda dirty. it really doesn't see he made an attempt to play the puck.

It wasn't a dirty play. Goalies have the right to check their opponent if they have the puck. Since that was a breakaway, why didn't the ref call for a penalty shot insted? Since Hasek denied the scoring opportunity.

I believe Olson's twin brother was reffing the game.

actually tripping was the right call... for a penalty shot he'd have to have been tripped from behind. and goalies may have the right to check opponents, but that wasn't a check. haha

no, but they can usually get away with checking skaters. there's not a lot of logic to it... kinda like women and children first on a boat...

If you don't the goalie checked then put him in a skirt.....
