Anonymous said...: It wasn't a dirty play. Goalies have the right to check their opponent if they have the puck. Since that was a breakaway, why didn't the ref call for a penalty shot insted? Since Hasek denied the scoring opportunity.

Anonymous said...: actually tripping was the right call... for a penalty shot he'd have to have been tripped from behind. and goalies may have the right to check opponents, but that wasn't a check. haha; 1:42 PM
