Rumor has it ...

Rumor has it that the league has decided against a mini-playoff format for the Stanley Keg title and will instead revert to the two-Keg format -- one for each group.

That really simplifies the implications for this week's games. In Group A, the Keg match is set: Stickmen vs. Wolverines. Both have 12 points and can't be caught. In Group B, it's Brewzers against either the Blue Devils or REDRUM. Both teams face tough opponents this week. BD's control their own destiny if they win or tie. Good luck to all.

In other news, dear loyal reader ... we're sorry for the lack of quality updates and stats this week. We've had trouble getting stat sheets out of the league. We're probably finished with individual stats. Will try to do better on game summaries for the Stanley Keg.
